When Harrison Housing took over this group of six Almshouses, close to shops and local transport and just around the corner from Camden Town railway station, it was run down and in financial difficulties. By prudent management and help in the form of a grant from the Housing Corporation it has been totally refurbished and now provides modern one bedroom accommodation for six women over retirement age, from the borough. All flats are fully central heated and served by a lift. The charity then merged with Harrison Housing.
