and support for older people of limited means in London.

We achieve this by:

• Working in close partnership with other stakeholders and offering our expertise to other almshouse charities and housing associations in the management and development of sheltered housing schemes.
  
• Employing professional staff, with appropriate qualifications, skills and experience, committed to continuous learning and development.
  
• Developing new skills and solutions to the problems associated with ageing.
  
• Constantly reviewing and improving our management performance and the quality of housing and service we provide.
